Should Amity not
put a call thru upriver until May1, 2007, it is possible that we could gain
one and possibly two more runs. Right now this looks very possible. Amity
calling through will limit Fort Lyon to our first decree of 165 cfs., as the
river is today. There are other upriver exchanges that could also affect our
first decree. Either way, at “165”, Winter Stored Water would be used at
that point. Our fifty year average is 36 runs so we are looking at 80% of
average / normal.
